6. Returns & Refunds

  • All Sales Final: Because our products are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or refunds for "change of mind" or wrong size selection.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, you must contact us at mark@heel-lover-fetish-art.co.uk within 3 working days of receipt. You must provide photographic proof of the damage. If verified, we will arrange a replacement free of charge.
