I created this piece, part of 'The V Collection,' as a direct homage to the indomitable spirit of Miss Vikki, a woman who truly embodies the mantra 'Nothing is impossible, just put your mind to it.' My vision was to capture the sheer, almost impossible elegance of stiletto high heels, pushing boundaries just like walking in 12 inch heels. I rendered the glossy patent leather surface with thick impasto, allowing the paint to become a sculptural element itself, mimicking the mesmerizing shimmering reflections that play across its provocative form.The artwork delves deep into the essence of fetish art, focusing on the sheer power and dominance emanating from this iconic silhouette. I used a palette of deep blues and blacks to enhance the mysterious and alluring aura, emphasizing the dramatic, almost architectural sculptural form of the heel. Every brushstroke is designed to evoke a sense of intense erotic allure, inviting the viewer to appreciate the raw, unyielding beauty of this ultimate symbol of femininity.
