I created 'Sole Dominion' to capture the undeniable power and allure of the stiletto high heel. My brushstrokes are intentionally bold, employing thick impasto to give the entire piece a tactile, almost sculptural quality, much like the commanding presence of the wearer. I was fascinated by the way light catches the glossy patent leather of these iconic shoes, highlighting every curve and angle, especially the dramatic arch of the foot and the impossibly slender heel. The interplay of the sheer stockings and the sharp lines of the heels creates a mesmerizing dance of sensual tension. This piece is a celebration of the feminine mystique and the magnetic pull of seductive footwear, emphasizing the elongated silhouette and the intrinsic dominance these shoes embody. The subtle hint of red soles further accentuates the exclusive, almost forbidden aspect of this fetish art.
